Influencer Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Work

The Influencer agrees to create content in the form of [e.g., videos, posts, stories] promoting the Brand as per the guidelines provided. The content must adhere to the Brand’s guidelines and be approved before final posting.

2. Payment Terms

In consideration of the Influencer’s services, the Brand agrees to pay the Influencer a total fee of [Total Payment Amount], subject to the following payment schedule:

• 30% of the agreed-upon payment will be made on the day of the content creation.
• 70% of the agreed-upon payment will be made within 15 days after the final approval and publication of the content.

3. Content Guidelines and Approval

The Influencer agrees to follow all Brand guidelines provided for the creation and posting of the content. These guidelines cover tone, style, messaging, and use of any specified hashtags or tags. The content must be pre-approved by the Brand before being published.

4. Content Deletion

The Influencer agrees not to delete or alter any published content related to this agreement for a minimum period of 6 months after the final payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Brand.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with prior written notice. In the event of termination before the content is posted, the Influencer shall refund any portion of the payment already received. If termination occurs after content has been posted, the Brand will be responsible for paying any outstanding balance, provided all other terms have been met.

6. Confidentiality

The Influencer agrees to keep any confidential information related to the Brand, its products, and this collaboration secure and private, unless explicitly permitted to share such information.

7. Jurisdiction Clause

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India, and both parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
